Can you take new pupil enquiries?
Yes. Whether they hold a provisional, how much experience they have, where they want picking up, and when they can drive. It reaches you as a real enquiry, not a missed call.
Do you give out prices?
Your hourly rate, your block booking rates and your intensive course prices, exactly as you set them. We book the first lesson if they are ready.
What about test bookings and mock tests?
We take the test date if they have one, and book what you have available around it. Learners with a date booked are the ones who buy hours.
Can you handle cancellations?
We take them, confirm your cancellation terms in your words, and offer the slot to your waiting list. Empty hours are the whole margin in this job.
Do you answer messages too?
Yes. Most learners message before they ring. Those are answered the same way, so an enquiry never sits unread until nine at night.
