You cannot answer the phone in the middle of service. We Answer Every Call.
Every one of the restaurants we talk to knows the feeling. You are in the middle of service, the phone goes, and by the time you ring back they have booked the restaurant next door. We pick up in your name, day or night, and the job lands in your diary instead.
A missed call is not a missed call. It is a job that went to someone else.
Most people will not leave a voicemail. They ring the next name on the list.
Here is how it plays out.
Friday, seven o'clock, every hand in the kitchen. A table of six rings to book tomorrow and nobody can reach the phone. We answer, take the covers, the time and the allergies, and it lands in your book. A £160 table instead of a phone that rang out.
Everything after the phone rings.
We answer every call
Daytime, evenings, weekends and the middle of the night.
You need nothing
No app, no login, no training. It works on the number you already give out.
The details land in your inbox
Who called, what they need, when they need it.
We book the appointment
Straight into your diary, around the jobs you already have.
Covers, times and dietary notes taken while you plate up
A table of six lost to a ringing phone is an evening's margin.
We follow up by text or WhatsApp
Half your bookings come by WhatsApp now. We answer those too.
What diners actually ask.
Service starts and the phone becomes background noise. The bookings that ring during service are the ones that fill your quiet Tuesday, and they are the ones nobody gets to.
Can you take bookings during service?
That is the point. Covers, time, name, number and any allergy notes, straight into the book while your team stays on the floor.
Do you handle allergy and dietary questions?
We take the details and flag them on the booking. We do not guess about ingredients — anything you have not written down for us goes to your kitchen before we confirm.
What about large groups and private hire?
We ask the size, the date, the occasion and the budget, explain your minimum spend or deposit exactly as you set it, and pass the enquiry to you with everything on it.
Can you turn people away politely when we are full?
Yes, and offer your alternatives — a different sitting, a different night, or the waiting list. A full night should not cost you a customer.
Do you take takeaway and delivery calls?
We take the order details and send them through the way you tell us to. Most of the value is in the bookings, but the phone does not know the difference.
You do the service.
