What about same-day delivery cut-offs?
We give your cut-off exactly as you set it, and we do not take an order we cannot honour. Better a caller who books tomorrow than a customer who never returns.
Do you take wedding enquiries?
We take the date, the venue, the colours, the pieces they think they want and the budget, then book the consultation. You walk into that meeting already knowing the shape of it.
Can you take payment over the phone?
We send a payment link by text with the confirmation. The order is not held until it is paid, exactly as you decide.
What about people who just want to know if you deliver to a postcode?
