You cannot answer the phone halfway up a ladder. We Answer Every Call.

Every one of the electricians we talk to knows the feeling. You are halfway up a ladder, the phone goes, and by the time you ring back they have booked the next spark on the list. We pick up in your name, day or night, and the job lands in your diary instead.

A missed call is not a missed call. It is a job that went to someone else.

Most people will not leave a voicemail. They ring the next name on the list.

Here is how it plays out.

A landlord with a dead fuse board and tenants in the dark. We answer, take the address and access details, and book you in for first thing. The £380 call-out lands in your diary while you finish the job you are on.

Half your enquiries come by WhatsApp now. We answer those too.

What electrical callers actually ask.

Half the people ringing an electrician have no power and a torch on their phone. The other half want a quote for a job in three weeks. We sort one from the other before it reaches you.

Can you tell an emergency from a rewire enquiry?

Yes. No power, a burning smell, a tripping board with someone vulnerable in the house — those come through to you immediately. Sockets, spotlights and consumer unit upgrades get booked into your diary.

Do you take EICR and landlord certificate enquiries?

We do. We ask how many bedrooms, whether it is tenanted, when the last certificate was issued and when the deadline is. Enough for you to price it without a second call.

What about EV charger enquiries?

We ask what car, where the meter is, how far from the parking space, and whether they own the property. Those four answers decide whether it is a job worth your survey time.

Will you give out my prices?

Only the ones you set. Your call-out, your day rate, your EICR price. Anything outside that, we take the details and tell them you will come back with a figure.

Can you say I am NICEIC approved?

Yes, and your registration number too, if you want it read out. We say what you tell us to say and nothing more.

You do the job.
